Springville High School is proud to announce that Tami Gee has been named the Outstanding Employee of the Year. Known for her kindness, dedication, and tireless work ethic, Gee has made a significant impact on both students and staff.
Colleagues describe Tami as one of the hardest-working people they know—always seeking out students who need help, rather than waiting for them to come to her. She is celebrated for her patience, compassion, and ability to break down assignments in ways students can relate to and understand.
Tami’s daily efforts include giving the same test multiple times with enthusiasm, helping students one-on-one with IEPs, and reviewing assignments in ways that meet each student’s needs. Whether it’s staying late to help a student catch up, guiding wandering students back on track, or supporting friends of her students, Tami consistently goes above and beyond.
Her dedication does not go unnoticed. As one colleague put it, if Tami ever missed a meeting, it’s likely because she was busy helping a student.
