Lexi is always prepared and gives her best effort while in class. Lexi is a great student and her hard work has shown in her achievement in my class."

Fisher Nielson, nominated by Mr. Deming. "Fisher is one of the amazing students that is quiet enough that you might miss him, but he really is a stellar student; hard working, studious, and kind to everyone."

Athena Jones, nominated by Mr. Morris. "Like me, Athena is new to Springville High. Despite this, in her first couple of weeks she has already made several friends who I commonly see walking with her in the halls. The kids in her group have also enjoyed talking with her. She is also a really hard working student and has put in great time and focus into the first few things we have done in class. I have appreciated her effort and look forward to a year of successes."

Jakob Hernandez-Schmutz, nominated by Mrs. Gee. "Jakob is an exceptionally dedicated student. Throughout last year, he consistently stayed after school to seek extra help with assignments or to retake tests—even when he was already performing well. His commitment to excellence was matched by his gracious attitude; he always made a point to thank me for my time and support. That level of appreciation is truly rare among the students I work with."
