All incoming 26-27 kindergarten students are invited to come to the school for a screener. We use this information to support classroom assignments as we look at specific needs of students in each class. Please make sure you have registered your student prior to the sign-up. You can come early to get support with this process. This process supports our work in Kindergarten. Please share this information to everyone you know who has a Kindergarten student. Please sign up for a slot to bring your child to the school for a brief screener. We work with the students individually for about 10 minutes, however, plan on being at the school for about ½ hour.

Kindergarten has been studying colonial towns and the roles of different townspeople, learning about the many trades that helped communities thrive.
Today, students explored the work of bread makers, millers, and bakers. We were lucky to have a parent volunteer visit our class to share how bread is made, explaining the ingredients, tools, and process. Students even got to taste some delicious artisan bread, making the experience both fun and memorable!
