Red Devils Swoop away Skyhawks

The Salem Hills SkyHawks and the Springville Red Devils were set for a showdown last Monday afternoon, the top two teams of region 8 playing for the second time. Salem thought to have the edge with their home field advantage, but they were proven to be wrong by the Red Devils.
Springville jumped out to a big lead in the first half. Springville had even scoring across the board, with Isaac Kreiger, Cole Bertelsen, Jake Miles, Jerry Cruz and Landon Schulzke each scoring one goal apiece; and, Garn getting the shutout to end the game 5-0. Springville is tied with Salem for first place in region with only one game remaining.
