Clothing 2:
1st Term - Operate and make adjustment on a sewing machine.
- Thread and operate a serger.
- Practice “Press as You Sew” techniques

Child Development
Students will gain an understanding of human growth and development.
Parenting skills, positive guidance techniques, and child-related issues will
be studied.3rd Term will cover:
- The responsibilities of being a parent and caring for children
- Prenatal development
- Infant development and care4th Term will cover:
- Toddler development and care
- Preschool development and care
- Related areas of study such as children's health and safety, family
challenges, and careers working with childrenNeedle Arts (Designer Sewing)
Students will learn needle art traditions and skills. It is hoped that besides
learning some basic handicrafts, students will learn to appreciate the skill
and artistic ability of others.3rd Term will cover:
